CHOOSING YOUR LOCAL TOUR OPERATOR
Its worth spending some time finding and choosing a reliable operator for your trip. There is long list of tour operators in the Tourism Council of Bhutan’s official site. Although all are registered, you will definitely find difference in their service. You write to them what you want and see how they respond to you. Be your own judge and listen to your instincts. Once you have had chosen your operator, proceed with rest of the steps.
TIME & ITINERARY
Touristic western part of Bhutan is good to tour all the year round. Spring and Autumn is supposed to be good for travel to Bhutan. We have number of well thought out Itineraries to choose from. PAYMENTS AND VISA
After the Itinerary has been finalised and flights have been confirmed, you are required to make full payment. Tourism in Bhutan is highly regulated by the government. As per the government rule, you will have to send full payment in advance. Your visa sanction is subject to full advance payment.
FLIGHT AND HOTELS
Flight and hotels is a single most important process in planning your trip to Bhutan. There are only two local airlines that services in Bhutan and during high season, seats get sold out. Similarly, there are limited tourists standard hotels, which needs to be booked well in advance.
WHATS THE LAST?
After your trip is been confirmed, we provide you pre-departure advice information sheet, which is termed as Pre-departure Information Pack (PIC). This pack contains detailed information on what to pack, weather, meals, ideas on tips and gratitude. If you have not received it, we will send you again. Last but not the least, board your flight to the Land of Thunder Dragon!
